If you’re here, it means you’re looking for a Sample Ballot for the upcoming November 2021 General Election. Unfortunately, Culpeper County has nine (9) different ballots this year. How do you know you’re looking at the right one?
Follow these 4 Steps to success:
Step 1: Visit the State Dept. of Election’s Website to check your registration. Click the green “Find Your Polling Place” button. On the next screen, fill in the form; choose ‘Culpeper’ from the Locality pull-down menu; check the box; and click the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 2: Confirm your information (especially your address).
Step 3: On the same screen, scroll down until you see your District information.
(In this example, the voter is in the 30th House District, and the West Fairfax local magisterial district. So she would write 30/West as her Ballot ID.)
Step 4: Find the Ballot ID you wrote down in Step 3 in the list of Sample Ballots below:
30/Catalpa – Cardova Precinct
30/Catalpa (Town) – Willow Shade Precinct
30/Cedar_Mtn – Pearl Sample and Mitchells Precincts
30/Cedar_Mtn(Town) – South Ridge Precinct
